Join Esters for an intimate four-course dinner paired with exceptional wines from Tablas Creek. Jason Haas, proprietor and son of the winery’s founder, will guide you through each pairing and share insights into their winemaking process. Enjoy full pours of ‘Esprit de Tablas Blanc’ 2022, ‘Dianthus’ Rosé 2022, Mourvèdre 2022, and Vin de Paille ‘Sacrerouge’ 2017, alongside dishes from Chef Sara Van de Walle.
